On this ascent, we're located at two strategic points.
At 1.5km from the top, our first photographer, Ventoux1912, is situated near the Tom Simpson Memorial. At this altitude, Mont Ventoux has already become desert-like, with vegetation becoming scarce. In the distance, you can still see the last signs of the forest you left far below.
At 700m from the top, our second photographer, Sport-Photo, is ideally positioned at the famous Col des Tempêtes. You'll see your photo with the famous needle of Mont Ventoux closer than ever before.
